How do I book a service?

The fastest way is via WhatsApp! Simply message us at +971 50 123 4567 with your car details and what you need. You can also call 800-MECHANIC or use the booking form on our website.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for the best availability. However, we do accommodate same-day bookings when possible.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes! You can reschedule or cancel anytime before pickup at no charge. Simply message us on WhatsApp or call us.

Pickup & Delivery
Is pickup and delivery really free?

Yes, 100% free! We offer complimentary pickup and delivery anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Abu Dhabi is available for a small fee of AED 50.
What areas do you cover?

We cover all of Dubai, all of Sharjah, all of Ajman, and selected areas in Abu Dhabi. If you're unsure, just ask!
How does pickup work?

Our uniformed driver arrives at your location at the scheduled time. They'll take photos of your car, complete a quick inspection, and collect your key.

What services do you offer?

We offer comprehensive car care: Basic/Full/Major services, AC repair, battery replacement, brake service, tyre service, car detailing, pre-purchase inspections, and 24/7 recovery.
Do you use genuine parts?

Yes, we only use genuine OEM parts or premium OEM-equivalent parts. We never use cheap aftermarket parts. All parts come with manufacturer warranty.
What brands do you service?

We service all makes and models — from Toyota to Rolls Royce. Our certified technicians are trained across all major brands.

Pricing & Payment
How much does service cost?

Our prices start from AED 279 for Basic Service, AED 499 for Full Service, and AED 799 for Major Service (standard cars). Visit our Pricing page for detailed rates.
Are there any hidden fees?

Never! The price we quote is the price you pay. If any additional work is needed, we'll get your approval and confirm pricing before proceeding.
When do I pay?

You pay only after your car is delivered back to you and you're completely satisfied. We never ask for payment upfront.

Warranty & Guarantee
What warranty do you offer?

We offer industry-leading warranties: 6 months on Basic Service, 12 months on Full Service, and 24 months on Major Service.
What if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, we'll fix it for free. If we still can't meet your expectations, we'll refund you completely.
Will using MyMechanic void my manufacturer warranty?

No! Under UAE law, you can service your car at any qualified garage without voiding your warranty, as long as genuine parts are used.
